The Anping Bridge ( Chinese  安平 橋  /  安平 桥 , Pinyin Ānpíng qiáo , English Anping Bridge ), which is also known under the name Wuli Bridge ( 五里 桥 , Wǔlǐ qiáo  - " Fünf- Li -Brücke", ie "Five- [ Chinese "Mile Bridge") is located in the area of Jinjiang City , Fujian Province , China . It connects the large community of Anhai - 安海 镇 - in Jianjiang with the large community of Shuitou - 水 头镇 - the city of Nan'an - 南安 市 .

It is a stone slab bridge made of granite stones , originally used as a road bridge, and resting on 361 pillars, 2255 m long (total length) and 3 to 3.8 meters wide , which was built between 1138 and 1151 during the time of the Southern Song Dynasty . It is the longest stone bridge from ancient China and the longest structure of its kind in the world. It is popularly said that no bridge under heaven is longer than this one ( 天下 无 桥 长 此 桥 , Tiānxià wú qiáo cháng cǐ qiáo ). The bridge was restored several times in early times during the Ming and Qing dynasties . Its current length is 2070 m.

The two edges of the bridge are decorated with stone pagodas and figures. There are stone guardian lions and mythical toads to see the railing. Five pavilions invite you to take a break.

The Anping Bridge has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China in Fujian (1–59) since 1961 .
