The Unterpayrsberg residence is a noble residence in the Oswaldweg in Bozen . It has been a listed building since 1989.

Payrsberg was originally an Augsburg manor and was first mentioned at the end of the 13th century. Later it came into the hands of Boymont -Payrsberg, whose descendants later divided it into Oberpayrsberg and Unterpayrsberg. Unterpayrsberg sold the Boymont in 1768 to Johann Nepomuk Anton Freiherr von Sternbach , who in turn ceded it in 1807 to the Streiter family, who still own it today. The mansion inherited from his father was given its current appearance by Mayor Joseph Streiter in the mid-19th century. After the owner family, the building is also known as the Streiterhaus .
