Answin from Camerino
Answin von Camerino ( Latin Ansovinus von Camerino , also Oswin ; † April 13, 861 in Camerino , Marche ) was bishop in central Italy and, according to tradition, the confessor of Emperor Louis the Pious . He was later canonized .
He received the office of Bishop of Camerino in central Italy from Louis the Pious. Camerino was known for caring for the poor. In art he is depicted in episcopal robes. His feast and name day is March 13th (Answin = friend of God )
