António de Mendonça Côrte-Real

The Portuguese António de Mendonça Côrte-Real (* 1755 ) was governor of Portuguese Timor from 1807 to 1810 .

In 1807, Côrte-Real put down the Venilale rebellion . It broke out when the Liurai Cristóvão Guterres was unjustly arrested. Only in Goa was he acquitted by a court.
