Anthony Egwunyenga
Anthony Egwunyenga (born July 22, 1943 in Issele Ukwu , Delta ) is a former Nigerian sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, he was eliminated over 400 m despite his personal best of 47.37 s in the run-up. Even in the 4 x 400 meter relay , he did not get past the first lap.
In 1970 he reached the semi-finals at the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh over 400 m and came with the Nigerian team in seventh place in the 4-by-400-meter relay .
