Anthony George Maldon Michell

Anthony Michell (* 21st June 1870 in Islington , † 17th February 1959 in Melbourne ) was an Australian engineering - and hydraulic - engineering .

One of the first topology optimizations was done by Michell. Furthermore, Michell made a significant contribution to the development of bearings with his work .
