The State Collection for Anthropology and Paleoanatomy in Munich (SAPM for short) is a research institution of the State Natural Science Collections of Bavaria , which is dedicated to the prehistory and early history of humans in Bavaria, including the animal world and the environment, using permanent physical relics, especially skeletons .
