Anti-anthrax antibodies are antibodies that are raised against Bacillus anthracis .

Anti-anthrax antibodies are isolated from the blood plasma of people who have previously been vaccinated with an anthrax vaccine . Accordingly, the antibodies are polyclonal . They are used in addition to antibiotic therapy for the lung form of anthrax . An anti-anthrax vaccine made from human antibodies was developed by Cangene in 2011 under the trade name Anthrasil and stocked by the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) as part of the Bioshield project . Anthrasil was approved in the United States on March 24, 2015.
