Antje Weihs

Antje Weihs (* 1968 ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Fiscal Court .

Live and act

After completing her legal training, Weihs became a research assistant at the chair of Wernhard Möschel at the University of Tübingen . It was under his care in 2003 by the University of Tübingen with the right comparative antitrust Signatures Central marketing of sports rights: Antitrust admissibility under German and European law with comparative reflections on the US and English law to Dr. iur. PhD. This employment was interrupted by a stay abroad at the University of Oxford , during which she obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law . Weihs joined the financial administration of the Free State of Bavaria in 2001 . There she was seconded to the Federal Constitutional Court as a research assistant for four years, among other things , and most recently worked as permanent representative of the head of the Aschaffenburg tax office. In 2013 she joined the higher judicial service of the Free State of Bavaria and became a judge at the Nuremberg Finance Court .

In July 2018 Weihs was elected judge at the Federal Fiscal Court. She took up her position on September 10, 2018 and was assigned to Senate II, which is responsible for inheritance and gift tax, real estate transfer tax and unit valuation.
