Antoine de Paule (* 1551/52 in France; † June 9, 1636 ) was the 56th Grand Master of the Order of Malta from March 10, 1623 until his death in 1636 . Until the election, de Paule was the Grand Prior of St. Gilles of the tongue of Provence.

Because of the overpopulation of Valletta , he founded a village about 5 km away and gave it his name, the current city of Paola . There he built the parish church of St. Ubaldesca, named after a sister of the order.

In 1626 he appointed the historian Fra ' Gio Francesco Abela as Vice Chancellor of the Order.
