Anton Henneka

Anton Alfred Henneka (born June 8, 1900 in Ettlingen , † February 29, 1984 in Baierbrunn ) was a German judge.

Henneka had been in the judiciary since 1926 and served as district court director in Konstanz until 1950. From 1950 to 1953 he was a judge at the Federal Court of Justice , until after his election by the Bundestag on September 7, 1951, he became a judge at the Federal Constitutional Court . There he was a member of the Second Senate until he resigned on December 20, 1968 because he had reached the age limit. His successor was the judge Hans-Justus Rinck .

Since 1919 he was a member of the Catholic student union KDSt.V. Vindelicia Munich.
