Anton Pozeg

Anton Pozeg (* 1982 in Munich ) is a German chef.

Career

After training at the Weichandhof restaurant in Munich, he went to the Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich and then to the Hotel Atlantic Kempinski in Hamburg . In 2006 he moved to the Aquarello restaurant with Mario Gamba in Munich. In 2010 he went to the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski in Munich.

In 2012 he moved to the Hotel Palais Hansen Kempinski in Vienna and helped design the opening of the Edvard restaurant . In April 2015 he became chef there, where he was awarded a Michelin star in the same year .

In mid-2017 he became head chef in the Schwarzreiter Restaurant & Tagesbar at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in Munich, which was also awarded a Michelin star. In August 2018 he became Executive Head Chef at Sexy Fish restaurant in London.

In July 2019 he becomes Executive Chef at Schloss Elmau .

Awards

  • 2015: A Michelin star for the Edvard restaurant in Vienna
