Antoni Łazarkiewicz
Antoni Komasa-Łazarkiewicz (born March 12, 1980 in Warsaw , Poland ) is a Polish composer .
biography
Antoni Łazarkiewicz is the son of the two filmmakers Piotr and Magdalena Łazarkiewicz . He is the grandson of Henryk Holland and therefore also the nephew of the director Agnieszka Holland . From 1994 to 1998 he attended a music high school in Warsaw. He then studied composition with Marek Stachowski at the Kraków Music Academy until 2003 . Since then he has been working as a film composer. For his music in Agnieszka Holland's war drama In Darkness , he was nominated for the 2011 Polish Film Prize in the category of Best Film Music.
