Antonio Chua
Antonio Chua (born 1954 - September 26, 2009 in Marikina City , Philippines ) was a Filipino sports official .
biography
Chua was actively involved in sports as a football player and was also Vice President of the Philippine Football Association until 2007.
His great sporting passion, however, was basketball and was most recently team manager of the Baroko Bull Energy Boosters , which won three titles during his work since joining the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) in 2000. In the 2007/08 season he was finally chairman of the PBA himself.
Chua died during the Pacific typhoon season from the effects of Typhoon Ketsana (Ondoy) on September 26, 2009.
