Antonio Corgos

Antonio Corgos Cervantes (born March 10, 1960 in Barcelona ) is a former Spanish athlete .

At the 1980 Olympic Games , Corgos was seventh in the long jump with a width of 8.09 m. In 1984 he was able to prevail in the qualification with 8.02 m, but failed in the preliminary fight as tenth with 7.69 m. In 1988 he finished fifth with 8.03 m.

At the European Championships in 1982 Corgos won the silver medal behind Lutz Dombrowski from the GDR with 8.19 m . Corgos also won silver at the 1981 European Indoor Championships with 7.97 m behind the Swiss Rolf Bernhard and at the 1989 European Indoor Championships with 8.12 m behind Emiel Mellaard from the Netherlands.

When he competed, he was 1.83 m tall and weighed 78 kg.
