Antonio Leuci

Antonio Leuci (born February 24, 1960 in Coppengrave ) is a German martial artist . He has a 6th dan in karate and was 6 times German champion, 3 times European champion and vice world champion. Since 2004 he has looked after the male youth and male juniors of the Germany team of the German Karate Association . From August 15, 2007 to the end of 2010, he was national coach for the areas of Kumite men A, B and C squad.

In addition to his own athletic career, he promotes (e) many talented athletes who have achieved considerable titles under his guidance and training. Life

In 1973 he began taking karate lessons with Bacchisio Idde in Duingen on his birthday . Two years later he became the first German junior heavyweight champion. In 1978, after completing his apprenticeship as a lathe operator, he founded the Bushido Alfeld eV and became the youngest karate professional in Germany at the age of 18 .

After the years of development, the Bushido Alfeld eV association has been a fixture in the German Karate Association for several years. After eleven years in various cadres of the DKV, he announced his resignation as an active fighter in 1986. In 1987 he worked for Lower Saxony as a regional trainer for nine years. From 1996 to 2010 he was national trainer at DKV for various cadres. In 2005 he founded the Bushido Rügen in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .

From August 2007 to the end of 2010 he was in charge of the A / B team in the men's performance class at DKV.
