Anton Xu Jiwei (born April 2, 1935 in Shanghai , † September 25, 2016 in the Zhejiang Province ) was Roman Catholic Bishop of Taizhou (Zhejiang) and Linhai in China.

Anton Xu Jiwei attended the Ningbo Catholic Boys' College in Shanghai and was sentenced to five years imprisonment as a political prisoner in 1960 at the age of 15. Internment as a slave laborer followed until 1985. After his release in 1985, he entered the Sheshan Seminary in Shanghai and then served in Jiaojiang Parish.

Xu Jiwei, who has been the Apostolic Administrator since 1999, received the episcopal ordination for the Taizhou (Zhejiang) diocese on July 10, 2010 in the Sacred Heart Cathedral of the east Chinese coastal city of Taizhou from the Bishop of Qingdao, Li Mingshu. He was the first bishop in Zhejiang Province after 48 years of vacancy. He was by Pope Benedict XVI. and recognized by the Chinese Catholic Patriotic Association .
