The chapel is a simple building with a polygonal end and a wooden roof turret. In the west facade, two small rectangular windows are embedded in stone walls on both sides of the arched stone portal. These stone frames are ornamented with tendrils and inscriptions from the 17th century .

The coffered ceiling inside still has the original polychrome plating from the time it was built. The altar with columns adorned with vine tendrils and a blown gable also dates from 1664. The altarpiece from the 19th century shows St. Anthony, the top picture from the 17th century shows " Mary with the Child". The altar structure is painted black, gold and green. The vestry box from 1664 is set into the wall to the left of the altar.

On the south wall hang 14 round, richly framed small pictures from the 17th century. They show scenes from the “ Passion of Christ” and from the life of Mary. On the northern wall of the chapel hangs the picture “Maria vom Guten Rat”. It was painted by Johann Wagner in the late 18th century.
