Antrefftal was a short-lived municipality in the Hessian district of Ziegenhain . Today its former area belongs to the municipality of Willingshausen in the Schwalm-Eder district .

history

On December 31, 1971, the previously independent communities of Gungelshausen , Merzhausen , Zella and the village of Willingshausen formed the new community of Antrefftal.

Since the municipality of Antrefftal was still too small in the opinion of the Hessian state government, it was incorporated into the newly created municipality of Willingshausen in the new Schwalm-Eder district on January 1, 1974 .
