Arūnas Bėkšta

Arūnas Bėkšta (born May 11, 1955 in Palanga ) is a Lithuanian restorer and former politician , minister of culture and vice minister .

Life

After graduating from high school from 1962 to 1973 at the 9th Šiauliai Middle School , Bėkšta graduated from the Vilniaus universitetas with a degree in physics in 1978 . In 1995 he was advisor to the minister of culture, from 1992 to 1994 director of the cultural heritage department at the Lithuanian ministry of culture , 1997 deputy minister for culture, from 1999 to 2000 minister. He works as a freelancer in restoration .
