Archimedes (TV show)
Archimedes was a scientific TV show on ARTE .
The science magazine was broadcast weekly and produced alternately by ARTE France, ZDF and Bayerischer Rundfunk . The Archimedes team consisted of Philippe Boulanger , Jean-Jacques Henry , Pierre Oscar Lévy , Hervé This and Gero von Boehm .
The show, which thematically dealt with technology, natural sciences and mathematics, presented four to five contributions every week.
The program was broadcast for the last time on December 16, 2003 and, with the subsequent reorientation of ARTE, was discontinued at the turn of the year 2003/2004.
The show was sponsored by Spektrum der Wissenschaft and Science & Vie .
