Argalos
Argalos ( Greek Ἄργαλος "the shining one"; Latin Argalus ), the son of Amyklas and Diomede , is the sixth king of Sparta and the brother of Hyakinthos in Greek mythology . He is also incorrectly called Harpalos by Pausanias .
He was the father of the Dereites and the Oibalos . After his death, his brother Kynortas became ruler of Sparta.
