Arleta ( Greek Αρλέτα ; actually Ariadne Nicoleta Tsapra , Greek Αριάδνη Νικολέτα Τσάπρα ; * May 3 (according to other information March 3 ) 1945 in Athens ; † August 8, 2017 ) was a Greek singer , musician , composer , author and illustrator .

biography

Arleta studied at the Athens School of Fine Arts . Stylistically it belonged to the Greek "New Wave". She has been artistically active since 1960. On February 11, 2008, she suffered a stroke. In January 2017, she suffered another stroke. She died on August 8, 2017 at the age of 72.
