Armando Zibechi was a Uruguayan soccer player .

society

Zibechi, brother of Alfredo Zibechi and Pedro Zibechi , was a member of the Wanderers' squad in the Primera División at least in 1917, 1920 and 1923 . In 1917 his club was fourth, in 1920 fifth in the final table.

National team

Zibechi was also a member of the Uruguayan senior team . He took part with the national team in the South American Championships in 1917 (no use) and 1920 . Uruguay won the title both times.

He also ran for the national selection team of the Federación Uruguaya de Football (FUF). So he played August 25, 1923, the 1-1 ending friendly game at the Estadio Pocitos against the Argentine selection.
