Armands Uščins

Armands Uščins (born October 6, 1973 ) is a former Latvian handball player who currently works as a handball coach.

Career

The cyclist moved in 2005 from his home city of Riga ( ASK Rīga ) with his national team colleague Mārtiņs Lībergs , who came from the Austrian club HC Hard , to the Dessau-Roßlauer HV .

Uščins ran for the Latvian national team .

After Uščins coached the German fifth division team SG Kühnau until 2016, he took over the third division club SV Anhalt Bernburg . In 2017 he also took over as coach of the Latvian national team. After the 2017/18 season, Uščins gave up his coaching position from SV Anhalt Bernburg and became the coach of the Sachsen-Anhalt league club SV Grün-Weiß Wittenberg-Piesteritz .
