Armin Eichholz (journalist)

Armin Eichholz (* 1914 in Heidelberg ; † December 27, 2007 in Rottach-Egern ) was a German journalist , author and satirist .

Eichholz was best known as a theater critic, for a long time he was the editor and feature editor of the Münchner Merkur . He started as a journalist under Erich Kästner at the "Neue Zeitung". After his retirement, he mainly worked for the world. He became known with his literary parodies "In flagranti", which first appeared in 1954 and were last published in 1990.

His theater reviews have been collected as a book in two volumes.

Eichholz died on Christmas vacation in Rottach-Egern, he lived in Munich.
