Armin Holicki

Armin Holicki (born December 11, 1936 , † June 19, 2008 in Wernigerode ) was a German economist and local politician for Die Linke .

Life

Armin Holicki received his doctorate in economics (Dr. sc. Oec.) At the Karl Marx University in Leipzig in 1965 with a dissertation on the subject of problems of national income and its most important component, profit. Under bes. Berücks. d. Efficiency d. productively spent social Work and d. Relationship to d. productive funds u. the release effect . He worked u. a. at the Technical University "Carl Schorlemmer" Leuna-Merseburg . He later completed his habilitation, published other financial works, retired in Wernigerode and worked there as a local politician from 1999 until his death.

Holicki was with the economist Gisela Holicki , geb. Ziesemer, married and had two children.

Armin Holicki was a member of the Die Linke party . From 1999 until his death in 2008 he was a member of the Wernigerode city council, from 2004 to 2007 a member of the district council in the Wernigerode district . In 2002 Armin Holicki ran as a direct candidate for the PDS in constituency 17 (Wernigerode and Upper Harz) for the state elections in Saxony-Anhalt .

The concept presented in 2001 for a sports center including a modern bowling facility on Gießerweg in Wernigerode was implemented in the Wernigerode city council. He was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Stadtwerte Wernigerode.
