Armin Pahlke

Armin Pahlke (* 1951 in Itzehoe ) is a German lawyer and former judge at the Federal Fiscal Court .

Life

Pahlke studied law and was in 1982 in Göttingen with a thesis on church service right to Dr. jur. PhD. Before he was appointed judge at the Federal Finance Court (Second Senate) in 2002, he worked as a judge in administrative jurisdiction and at the Lower Saxony Finance Court (Hanover) . In addition, from 1988 to 1990 he headed the Department for Churches and International Affairs of Education Policy in the Lower Saxony Ministry of Culture . At the end of December 2015, he retired.

As editor, Pahlke is responsible for a commentary on the land transfer tax law as well as a text edition of the tax code and tax court code . He has also published numerous technical papers and decision-making discussions.
