Armin Roßmeier (* 1949 ) is a German cook and author of cookbooks.

Life

Roßmeier, who comes from Staffelbach near Bamberg , is a trained pastry chef with a degree from HWK Bayreuth, cook from IHK Bayreuth, head chef from IHK Würzburg, and trained dietician from DGE. Roßmeier published more than 60 cookbooks. He is known from various television programs ( ZDF , Sat.1 ) as well as numerous radio programs on Antenne Bayern . Roßmeier is the chairman of examinations for cooks, restaurant specialists, hotel specialists and technical assistants at the Munich Chamber of Commerce. Well-known stations in his career were Hilton Hotel Amsterdam, Rome and Vienna.

The journalist award of the German Nutrition Society (DGE) for the presentation of contemporary and healthy nutrition on television has been awarded three times in a row.

Roßmeier can be seen Monday to Friday in the ZDF morning program "Volle Kanne - Service daily" , in which he usually presents dishes that can be prepared quickly. He mainly deals with the seasonal use of products, which are therefore available everywhere.

Armin Roßmeier can be seen in the summer months in the ZDF television garden , where he also presents dishes, in this case weekly. As with the program “Volle Kanne - Service daily”, he also regularly cooks in the TV garden with prominent guests.
