Arnd Diringer

Arnd Diringer (* 1972 ) is a German lawyer and publicist .

Life

Diringer studied law in Bayreuth and Erlangen from 1992 to 1996 and was a research assistant at the chair for civil law, tax law, labor and social law at the University of Bayreuth . In his dissertation at the University of Erlangen in 1999, he wrote about constitutional issues in connection with the Scientology organization.

After the preparatory service for the higher judicial and administrative service in the Free State of Bavaria from 1999 to 2001 and activities for Asklepios Kliniken GmbH, Diringer moved to Allianz Lebensversicherung AG in the HR management department. He also works as a lawyer.

Since 2005 he has been a professor at the Ludwigsburg University of Applied Sciences . There he heads the research center for labor law.

He is also active as a publicist. He has written several specialist books and specialist commentaries, mainly on labor law, but also on constitutional and civil law. He has also published guest comments in the Legal Tribune Online and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung . Since 2020 he has been writing a weekly column for Welt am Sonntag .
