Arnold Hesse

Arnold Hesse (born March 21, 1838 in Neuhaldensleben ; † December 27, 1908 ) was a German judge.

Life

Hesse studied law at the Royal University of Greifswald and was active in the Corps Borussia Greifswald in 1858 . After the exams he entered the administration of justice in the Kingdom of Prussia . Sworn in on June 18, 1861 , he became district judge in 1869, district judge in 1877, and district judge in 1879. In 1882 he was appointed regional judge, 1886 higher regional judge and 1893 regional court president. On January 1, 1897, he was appointed to the IVth Criminal Senate of the Imperial Court. On May 1, 1899, he moved to the 4th Civil Senate. When he reached the age limit, he retired on October 1, 1904. He died at the age of 70.
