society

Arnold Mvuemba began his career in 1998 in the Stade Rennes youth team . He played there until 2003, in 2002 he played for the reserve team until he also played for the professional team a year later. In January 2007 it was awarded to the English club Portsmouth FC until May 2007 and with a purchase option . He played his first game against Blackburn Rovers on February 27, and scored his first and only league goal on April 9 against Watford FC . Since his contract with Rennes expired, he was able to move to Portsmouth on a free transfer. On July 3, he signed a three-year contract with the "Pompeys". He scored a goal in the UEFA Cup against VfL Wolfsburg , but could not really assert himself in Portsmouth. On August 7, 2009, he moved back to Ligue 1 for FC Lorient after the contract was not renewed.

In 2012 he moved to Olympique Lyon for three million euros . His contract was not renewed for the 2016/17 season, after which he signed another contract with FC Lorient on September 6, 2016. While he was there in 32 league games in the 2016/17 season, it was only five minutes in the following season. In addition, he was only in one other game in the squad. Accordingly, his contract was not extended when it expired.

Only in mid-September 2018 did he sign a contract for one season with Umm-Salal SC in Qatar .

Mvuemba only signed his next contract on November 7, 2019 with Belgian second division KSV Roeselare for the rest of the season.
