Arnulf Schmitt-Kammler

Arnulf Schmitt-Kammler (* 1942 in Vienna ) is a retired German legal scholar .

Life

After receiving his doctorate in 1977 at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and his habilitation at the University of Marburg in 1983, he became professor for constitutional and administrative law at the University of Cologne , and in the 2007/2008 winter semester he retired. He was co-author of the commentary on the Basic Law .

• 1979: Prize of the Upper Franconian Foundation for his dissertation
