Aron Naumowitsch Training
Aron Naumowitsch Trainin ( Russian Арон Наумович Трайнин ., Scientific transliteration Aron Naumović Trajnin * 9 July 1883 in Vitebsk , † 1957 in Moscow ) was a Soviet lawyer .
Trainin studied law at Moscow University from 1903 to 1908 and was also active in the underground with the Bolsheviks . In 1921 he became a professor at Moscow University and was one of the key designers of the new Soviet criminal law.
After the Second World War he was a signatory to the London Four Power Agreement of August 8, 1945 and one of the Soviet representatives at the Nuremberg Trials . The idea of indicting representatives of German business and industry in the Nuremberg trials went back to him.
