Arrouquelas is a freguesia in the Rio Maior county . 591 inhabitants live in the 27.85 km² community (as of June 30, 2011).

The place is about nine kilometers south of the county seat. The freguesia was created in 1962 by separating from São João da Ribeira . The parish church, a sundial and the Fonte da Igreja are well worth seeing.
