The Arrowhead nunatak is a long and narrow nunatak in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It rises 11 km southeast of the Sullivan Nunatak from the head end of the Nimrod Glacier in the Transantarctic Mountains .
The northern group of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition (1960–1961) mapped and named him. Name derives from its resemblance to an arrowhead ( English arrowhead ).
