The Arroyo Chamizo Grande is a river in Uruguay .
It flows in the area of the Department of Florida and flows into the Río Santa Lucía as a right-hand tributary on the border with the neighboring Canelones department . The mouth is a few kilometers northwest of San Ramón west of Picada Yuca .
