The Arroyo de Lemos is a river in northern Uruguay .
It rises in the area of the Departamento Artigas in the Cuchilla Yacaré Cururú a few kilometers southwest of the department capital Artigas and near the Ruta 30 . From there it flows in a northerly direction and flows a few kilometers northwest of Artigas about halfway between Paso de Lemos and Paso Layado as a left tributary into the Río Cuareim .
