The Arroyo de la Raposa is a river in northern Uruguay .
It rises in the area of the Department Artigas in the Cuchilla Yacaré Cururú a few kilometers west of the department capital Artigas , north-northeast of Javier de Viana and southeast of Topador . From there it flows in a north-easterly direction and flows a few kilometers northwest of Artigas between Paso Layado and Paso Urrutia as a left tributary into the Río Cuareim .
