Artem Dalakian ( Ukrainian Артем Далакян ; born August 10, 1987 in Baku , Azerbaijani SSR ) is a Ukrainian professional boxer and current undefeated WBA flyweight world champion . He is under contract with Union Boxing Promotion . His first trainer was Igor Gapon . He is currently being trained by his compatriot Andriy Syniepupov , himself a former professional boxer.
The 1.64 meter left boom started boxing when he was 13 years old.
Professional career
At the end of August 2011, Dalakian made his professional debut, beating Artur Oganesian through TKo in round 3.
On February 24, 2018, he boxed for the vacant world champion belt of the WBA association against the US amateur world champion in the light flyweight division Brian Viloria in 1999 and won by unanimous decision.
