Arthur Bollert

Arthur Bollert (born August 26, 1870 in Osterode am Harz , † August 29, 1951 in Berlin ) was a German administrative officer and judge.

Life

Arthur Bollert studied law at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen . In 1889 he was reciprocated in the Corps Borussia Tübingen . After completing his studies and legal clerkship, he entered the Prussian civil service in 1896. In 1897 he passed the government assessor exam with the government in Breslau . In 1898 he started working for the district administrator in Solingen as a government assessor and laborer. In 1901 he switched to the government in Gumbinnen . From 1905 to 1914 he was district administrator of the Johannisburg district . From there he moved in 1914 as a government councilor to the senior presidium of the province of Saxony in Magdeburg. In 1919 he was promoted to the senior government council and appointed deputy regional president of the administrative district of Magdeburg . From 1922 until his retirement in 1935 he was a senior administrative judge at the Prussian Higher Administrative Court in Berlin, where he lived until his death after his retirement.

Arthur Bollert was also an honorary lecturer for constitutional and administrative law at the Agricultural University of Berlin.
