Arthur Jephson
Arthur Jermy Mounteney Jephson (born October 8, 1859 in Brentwood , Essex , † October 22, 1908 in Sunninghill , Berkshire ) was a British explorer and adventurer .
Life
He accompanied the expedition of Henry Morton Stanley (1887-1889) to the liberation of Emin Pasha . Jephson was best known for his diary from the expedition, published in 1969.
