Arthur Levasseur

Arthur Levasseur (born February 4, 1875 in Persan (Val-d'Oise) , Seine-et-Oise department , † October 5, 1955 in Gif-sur-Yvette , Seine-et-Oise department) was a French politician.

He was a member of the Republican Socialist Party (PRS) and represented the Seine department in the Chamber of Deputies from 1914 to 1928 .

In the governments of Paul Painlevé and Aristide Briand he served from April 17, 1925 to July 19, 1926 as High Commissioner for Housing.
