Saint Germain Church

Persan is a French municipality with 12,695 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Val-d'Oise in the region of Ile-de-France ; it belongs to the Arrondissement of Pontoise and the canton of L'Isle-Adam . The city is located 30 kilometers north of Paris in the Oise Valley , at the confluence of its right tributary, the Esches .
