Neighboring communities of Arronville are Berville and Haravilliers in the west, Amblainville in the north, Bornel in the east, Frouville in the southwest, Menouville in the south and Theuville in the southeast. The place lies in the valley of the river Sausseron .

history

Finds attest to early settlement of the place. The Allée couverte de la côte du Libéra near the RD 927 road was created around 2000 BC. The place has always lived from agriculture after the swamps were drained in the early Middle Ages .
