Arronville is a French commune with 656 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Val-d'Oise department of the Île-de-France region ; it belongs to the Arrondissement of Pontoise and the Canton of Pontoise . The inhabitants call themselves Arronvillois or Arronvilloises .
geography
The municipality of Arronville is located 38 kilometers north of Paris . It is located in the Vexin français Regional Nature Park . Neighboring communities of Arronville are Berville and Haravilliers in the west, Amblainville in the north, Bornel in the east, Frouville in the southwest, Menouville in the south and Theuville in the southeast. The place lies in the valley of the river Sausseron .
history
Finds attest to early settlement of the place. The Allée couverte de la côte du Libéra near the RD 927 road was created around 2000 BC. The place has always lived from agriculture after the swamps were drained in the early Middle Ages .
