The municipality of Maudétour-en-Vexin is located about 50 kilometers north-west of Paris on the Vexin plain .
Neighboring municipalities of Maudétour-en-Vexin are Charmont in the north, Banthelu in the northeast, Arthies in the southeast, Aincourt in the south, Genainville in the west and Hodent in the northwest.
