The municipality of Saint-Gervais is located approx. 62 kilometers northwest of Paris and two kilometers north of Magny-en-Vexin , the chief town ( chef-lieu ) of the canton of Magny-en-Vexin . It is located in the Vexin français Regional Nature Park .

history

The parish was named Saint-Gervais in the 9th century when the relics of St. Gervasius of Rouen were transferred to the local church to protect it from the attacks of the Normans .
