Theuville municipality is located 37 kilometers northeast of Paris . It is located in the Vexin français Regional Nature Park .

Neighboring municipalities of Theuville are Bréançon in the west, Haravilliers in the northwest, Arronville in the northeast, Menouville in the east, Vallangoujard in the southeast, Épiais-Rhus in the south and Grisy-les-Plâtres in the southwest.

In 1866 the railway line from Valmondois to Marines was inaugurated, connecting Theuville with Pontoise and Paris . This line was discontinued in 1949.
