Marijonas Misiukonis

Marijonas Misiukonis (* 1. February 1939 in Viciunai at Anykščiai ) is a Soviet and Lithuanian politicians and a former KGB - Major General .

biography

After graduation in 1958 at the middle school Raguva in Panevėžys District Municipality , he graduated in 1962 studying law at the Vilniaus Universitetas . From 1962 to 1970 he worked for the KGB of the Lithuanian SSR in the Rajongemeinde Anykščiai and in Vilnius . From 1984 to 1987 he was Deputy Interior Minister, from 1987 to 1989 first Deputy Interior Minister and from 1989 to 1990 Interior Minister of the Lithuanian Soviet Republic, from 1990 to 1991 Lithuanian Interior Minister in the Prunskienė cabinet .
