The Communauté de communes du Haut Val-d'Oise is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Val-d'Oise in the region of Ile-de-France . It was founded on October 25, 2004 and currently consists of nine parishes. The administrative headquarters are in Beaumont-sur-Oise .
Historical development
On January 1, 2017, the municipality of Noisy-sur-Oise from the former Communauté de communes Carnelle Pays-de-France (before 2017) joined the local association.
